1 Preliminary: Nilen Travel S.A. de C.V. operates this web site as a licensed IATA/BSP agent and is obliged to comply with IATA regulations. Please note that, as a travel agent, we accept reservations on behalf of the airlines and other service providers. We will always try to contract services with well established providers, however, we are not the entity providing said services and are unable to directly influence the services themselves. The content on this web site is for information purposes only, and subject to change without any previous notice.

2 Conditions and Mediation Contract: The organizing agency of the programs and/or services indicated in this web site, Nilen Travel, S.A. de C.V., with National Tourism Register No. 4005042, declares: That it explicitly acts as an intermediary between the contracting party/customer(s), on the one hand, and the service(s) provider(s), such as transportation companies, lodging, restaurants, other agencies or wholesalers, guides, etc, on the other. Therefore, Nilen Travel S.A. de C.V. declines any and all responsibility of any and all events deriving from the use of these services by the passenger(s). Service Provider(s) being totally responsible. Nilen Travel, S.A. de C.V. only serves in the capacity of hiring/contracting said services on behalf of the customer. Therefore if, due to unforeseen circumstances, the service provider(s) are unable to provide all or part of said service(s) for any reason, Nilen Travel, S.A. de C.V. will only try, on behalf of the customer, to obtain any refunds due him, declining any other responsibility. Also, any amount for service(s) not used by the customer, for any reason, is non refundable. When Nilen Travel, S.A. de C.V. is forced, for any reason, to cancel the services, its responsibility is limited to the refund of any monies paid by the customer declining all responsibility for any circumstance(s) deriving from said cancelation. Nilen Travel, S.A. de C.V. also declines any responsibility for accidents, injuries, delays, irregularities or happenstances that, during the use of the services provided, might befall the customer(s) and/or their belongings, said responsibility solely being the service provider(s), and declines, as well, any responsibility derived from the customer’s not adhering to rules and regulations established by the service provider(s). Prices do not include any expenses of a personal nature or services not explicitly mentioned. A communication/administration fee of 30.00 USD, per person, will be charged for any cancelation made by the customer, in addition to any cancelation fees levied by the service provider(s). Nilen Travel, S.A. de C.V. may assist in the obtaining of visas, where allowed, but declines any responsibility of the passenger(s) not complying with all regulations and laws of the countries/territories to be visited, and the passenger(s) must consult with the pertinent organisms in order to obtain all information and travel documents needed. The present document is valid only for the services indicated. Any amount in excess of the amount indicated in this document must be paid by the passenger upon the presentation of same. These conditions of sale/purchase are an integral part of this document and must be read and understood by the passenger before contracting the services. The fact that the customer(s)/passenger(s) give a down, or full, payment implies the total acceptance and understanding of the conditions and responsibilities mentioned herein and absolves Nilen Travel S.A. de C.V. of any liability.
